Toni is an experienced coach and leadership development professional who works with executive and leadership teams in the Asia Pacific region. She has lived and worked in Australia, Hong Kong, India and Malaysia. Her focus is on enabling individuals to be more aware of their impact on self, others, and the organisations and communities who benefit from their leadership.
Toni has coached internationally into the UK, Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia. Clients include banking and financial services, professional service firms, FMCG, logistics, mining, oil & gas and education and many leading global and regional organisations. She has designed and led leadership programs for business and government leaders to expand world views, foster partnerships and enhance leadership in their teams, organisations and communities.
With extensive experience living and working across the Asia Pacific, Toni has learned to acknowledge and work with diversity, hold a global mindset and lead through complexity and uncertainty. Her leadership lessons began early in life, growing up in a family business, and created strong foundations for a corporate career that demanded resilience, adaptability, strategic foresight and values based leadership.
Toni has held leadership roles in global banking and legal services firms, as well as SME and community sectors. She has proven experience leading regional and global teams and initiatives in volatile markets, built capability pipelines for developing businesses and developed broad networks that continue to bring mutual benefit and support.
