He is a people capability professional who has worked across mining and resources, mining services, defence, government (state and federal), information technology, retail, community and not-for-profit. Stuart works with individuals and teams to assist them in unleashing their true potential and achieving high performance.
Stuart has over 17 years" management experience in health and safety, organisational development, human resources and learning and development, comprising 12 years at senior and executive management level, leading people capability transformation globally with multinational companies.
Stuart has a strong leadership background through a military career as an Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and more recently as Chief People Officer with a Global Mining Services Company.
Stuart understands how to create and develop organisational people capability in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world to align with organisational strategy and deliver desired results.
As a passionate advocate of positive psychology and neuroleadership, Stuart takes a holistic approach to events and relationships affecting the individual and works with their impact, both personally and professionally.
