Renee is a coach and consultant. Since joining the IECL team in 2009, Renee has helped craft the direction of the IECL organisation as a centre of excellence for organisational coaching and leadership development in the Asia-Pacific region.
This experience has enabled Renee to develop trusted relationships with IECL clients, Alumni and Associates across a range of industries and leader levels. As Coaching Practice Lead and Associate Coach, Renee is passionate about assisting individuals, teams and organisations to perform at their best in order to achieve outcomes for the individual and the organisation whilst also improving wellbeing. Renee is an Accredited Organisational Coach (Level Three). She is a chocolate and whisky sour enthusiast and loves nothing more than spending time with her family.
Along with being an Associate Coach, Renee is IECL's Coaching Practice Lead overseeing the development of IECL's coaching services including quality assurance and evaluation. During her time with IECL, Renee has also held the role of GM Client Relationships for three years overseeing the entire function responsible for the delivery of customised solutions for IECL's corporate, government and not-for-profit clients. This experience provides Renee with a unique insight into the complexity and challenges faced by leaders and organisations. Renee's prior professional experience also extends to training, recruitment, pharmaceutical and wholesale industrial supply industries with organisations such as Ross Human Directions (now Chandler Macleod), Blackwoods (now part of Wesfarmers) and Merck Sharp and Dohme. Core responsibilities have included business development, key account management, sales and team management, strategic planning and resourcing.
Renee's coaching style is warm and highly supportive whilst also challenging and thought provoking. Renee provides a safe space where coaching counterparts can be vulnerable and open to learning. Coaching with Renee often involves a deep reflection on strengths, beliefs, attitudes and values. Her style has been described by previous coaching counterparts as results focused, caring and intuitive.
