  • Psychometric tools for profiling and assessment, including but not limited to the WAVE, DiSC, MBTI, Insights

  • Group facilitation of leadership and team development, management skills, sales for non-sales people, presentation skills and strategy.
  • Organisational development, diversity training, assessment and selection, employee engagement, sales training and increasing organisational effectiveness through people development.

 

Background

Rachel began her career within sales and marketing over 20 years ago and then completed her MSc Occupational Psychology a few years later. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and delivering quality products and services that add value to individuals, teams and organisations.

 

In 2011, Rachel tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit and established a cloud-based outsourcing organisation which provided employment for Armed Force’s families and veterans. As a leader and business owner, she experienced successes and failures all of which equip Rachel with a sound understanding of organisations across the public and private sectors.

 

She has worked in many countries including the UK, US, India, Egypt, Canada and across Europe. Rachel thrives in diverse and challenging environments and is curious to learn about people and organisations in different places.

 

Career History

Rachel began her career in sales and marketing and held her first management role very early on. She spent a few years in the hospitality industry, equipping her with a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering a quality service. Once she had completed her Masters, Rachel worked in a Prison, before moving into a psychology consulting organisation. She has spent most of the last 13 years working in manufacturing, engineering and defence across UK, Australia, Canada and other countries in Europe. From 2013-2016 she was a Trainer for the Civil Service in the UK and delivered a wide variety of personal skills and management development programs. She has experience within financial services, the NHS, automotive and consulting industries.

 

She is passionate about social enterprise and enjoys developing leaders in challenging environments, where behaviour and mindset shifts are critical to an organisation’s success.
