Peter has practised business coaching since 2001 and supported the development of hundreds of leaders in a broad range of industries. He has facilitated hundreds of team and public workshops around key business skills, strategic thinking, transformational change, performance improvement and the development of purpose and vision.


Business Background and Experience


Peter has delivered more than 2,000 hours of executive mentoring and coaching to business owners, MDs, GMs, CFOs, senior government managers, sales and marketing managers, engineers, salespeople and others. Peter's industry experience includes many of Australia's top companies in Mining, Energy, IT, Banking, Legal, Media, Environment, Transport; Pharmaceutical, Advertising, Chemical and Manufacturing businesses.

Before professional coaching and consulting Peter enjoyed a successful management career within the Industrial Chemical Industry. His love and respect for people led him to study Creativity Psychotherapy and the practice of Counselling followed before he transitioned towards Executive Coaching to serve individual and organizational performance improvement.

He has a humorous approach and respects the privilege of facilitating business people to improved performance.
