Marcella has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership and coaching roles in Australia and Europe working in a wide range of sectors and industries including government and not for profit. Marcella specializes in coaching leaders through volatile and complex organizational transformations.


Marcella has successfully coached a wide range of people from new managers to CEOs. She has successfully designed and facilitated a range of programs from executive strategic planning sessions to change leadership and career planning coaching programs.


Business Background and Experience


Before establishing herself as an executive coach Marcella held a Director role in the not-for-profit sector and Head of HR role in an iconic Australian medical device company. These roles involved successfully leading and coaching teams through significant change programs.


Marcella has been closely involved as a coach and mentor with the Women on Boards Next Gen Leadership Program for up and coming women executives since 2012. She is a keen supporter of getting more women into the C-Suite and Boardroom.




Marcella has a passion for empowering people and sharing her expertise so that when a coaching program is complete, leaders are more confident and better able to transform their organisation and enhance their own and the organisation's performance.


The volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world we live and work in now provides a challenging and stressful environment for any leader. With this in mind, Marcella incorporates the latest neuroscience thinking and mindfulness tools into every coaching program to equip every leader with skills to manage their environment and better look after themselves.
