Kay has more than 10,000 hours experience coaching and mentoring leaders and high potential candidates. She works with executives and leadership teams across a broad range of sectors and has a deep interest in human development and maximising individual potential.

 

 

Business Background and Experience

 

Kay has worked with senior executives and leadership teams across a broad range of fields including banking, information technology, mining, transport, tourism, food, wine, television, automotive, manufacturing, advertising as well as local and state government and legal, medical and accounting professions. Kay has 30 years’ experience in a wide range of corporate settings, from working in the public sector to developing and managing her own businesses. She has been a senior executive in an international company and a Director on a number of boards.

 

With a background in education, media and communication, Kay is a strategic thinker with a track record in innovative ideas and implementing creative solutions. She has been mentoring and coaching leaders since 2000 and has facilitated peer mentoring groups of CEOs and leaders from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors on behalf of the Leaders Institute of South Australia for 8 years.

Kay believes we all know everything we need to know, we just don’t know that we know it! That is why she is committed to coaching as a powerful learning process that enables people to discover for themselves the best ways forward for them.

 

Her approach is tailored to the needs of each client. She challenges and supports people to take responsibility for their choices and to act with authenticity and integrity to achieve their outcomes.
