Operations Team Leader

Katie joined IECL in September 2016. Due to her extensive project management experience, Katie now works on several of IECL's large-scale complex projects. As Operations Team Leader, she oversees the Project Management Team, EA and Finance Coordinator. 


Katie has over 10 years' experience in the learning and development field which gives her a unique understanding of projects from both the client and vendor perspective.

Katie is an experienced learning and development professional with over 10 years' experience in a variety of blue chip organisations, including exposure to all aspects of the end-to-end training life cycle.  Key focus areas have been facilitation, consulting, program design, program management, training coordination and learning management system administration.


Industry experience includes the airline, public health, telecommunications, insurance, construction, retail and not-for-profit sectors.


One of Katie's passions is helping others gain the skills they need to truly excel in their career.


Katie is a lover of music (almost all kinds) and when she's not working, can usually be found listening to music or going to gigs.
