In Karen's Organisational Coaching and Leadership Development work Karen draws on her extensive experience working in various organisational development, leadership development, talent and change management roles both working within the Financial industry as well as in the consulting space in various parts of the world (Europe, Australia and Asia). As a coach she has worked with various leadership teams supporting them to act as successful sponsors and active supporters of business and cultural transformation. Next to this she has worked with many young and upcoming executives to help them reach their maximum potential. She is especially passionate (and has demonstrated experience) where it comes to supporting women in leadership and young executives from all sorts of cultural backgrounds while they are transitioning into leadership roles. She has designed and facilitated a number of leadership development programs tailored to leaders and emerging leaders in the APAC region.
Karen acts as the regional Head of Organisational Development and Talent of a global US asset management and wealth management bank and is based in Singapore. She has over 15 years of international experience working for various top tier financial institutions in a variety of Organizational Change Management, Talent and HR roles ranging from: Organizational and Cultural Change Management, High Potential Coaching, Leadership Development, Talent Management, & Recruitment.
