Jen Wijono
Project Manager

Jen is the Project Manager to IECL’s Government Practice. She understands the complexity and challenges that working in government poses, but is confident in the opportunity it also presents in growing and equipping those who lead our public service. She provides highly efficient service and management of large-scale projects and is committed to partnering with her clients to support their goals to better their people and workplaces.

Jen has a keen interest in people and what makes them tick. It is her passion to see people untap their potential. In her time at IECL, Jen has had a wide experience working with clients from a range of industries, but has particular experience with government organisations at both the state and federal level. She has grown in her appreciation of the complex world our nation’s leaders have to operate and deliver results in. Hence in her role in the Government Practice, Jen combines an adaptive, yet methodical approach to her project management.  


As well as this, she is also passionate about training evaluation and implementing robust methodologies to capture the impact of IECL’s services. She enjoys collecting data, finding patterns and their application to business results.


In her spare time, Jen can also be found going for runs with friends, reading, sewing and making crafty creations.
