Gail is a highly qualified and experienced leadership and organisational development specialist who has been working collaboratively with clients for more than 20 years across a wide range of functional areas, businesses and industries. She has been facilitating and coaching for over 12 years, working with executive, senior and middle management. With a strong background in business, consulting and coaching, she is an experienced consultant, presenter, facilitator and coach. Depending on client needs, Gail uses a combination of assessment, development and coaching, from both a system and individual perspective, to ensure sustainable peak performance behavioural change and ROI are achieved. Her approach is evidenced-based, solution-focused and pragmatic.
Gail has a strong corporate background holding senior executive positions with, consulting to, and coaching in top-tier corporations. She has also established, owned and operated her own businesses. As a result, she understands the drivers of individual, team and organisational peak performance.
Prior to working in leadership and organisational development, Gail worked in financial services (investment and retail banking) and professional services (strategy consulting) in a broad range of functions including: strategy, investment banking, general management, operations and project management. She has also consulted and coached in the area of diversity and inclusion, in particular gender diversity, having held senior positions as the Head of Women in Focus and the Head of Women in Leadership for various corporations.
