Background and Career History 

 

Ellen is the Government Practice Lead at IECL, the region's leading Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Coach Accreditation consultancy.

 

Prior to this Ellen was working as a Client Development Partner in IECL’s Financial Services and Insurance Practice, partnering with many of IECL's banking, finance, insurance and professional services clients.

 

Ellen has been working in consultative sales since 2007, predominantly within the financial and professional services industries. She has qualifications in Executive Coaching from the University of Sydney and IECL, and is an accredited strengths development practitioner.

 

Over the past decade Ellen has coached, trained and led both direct and indirect reports, peers and counterparts. She has also consulted with hundreds of clients across Australia, New Zealand and the UK in a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Professional Services, Government, Transport, Logistics, Mining, Resources, Healthcare, Technology and Not for Profit.
