Chloe joined us in 2011 with a curiosity for human development in the organisational context. Her passion and energy around people and leadership has seen her venture into every part of our business from coach training to design, from sales to facilitation. Chloe previously led IECL’s Government Practice, working with Federal, State and Local Government bodies towards the vision of 'Inspiring our Nation's leaders to build a better Australia'.

Chloe also developed IECL Ignites, our aspiring leaders program offered to members of the Sydney community looking to grow themselves as influential and authentic leaders. Ignites is now in its’ sixth year – bringing together all of what we do best, offering one on one coaching with IECL by GrowthOps certified coaches, face-to-face workshops facilitated by subject matter experts and the opportunity to build a network of like-minded aspiring leaders.

Prior to IECL/GrowthOps Chloe worked in Bristol in the UK within education, managing thousands of overseas kids adventuring to England for sports and English development camps.

Inside and outside of work Chloe is known for her love of food, with the philosophy that every meal is an opportunity for sensation, love and adventure – not to be taken for granted.  With one little sprog and another on the way, Chloe is loving her new role as ‘Mumma’ and all that it incorporates.
