Chloe leads IECL’s Government Practice, working with Federal, State and Local Government bodies towards the vision of 'Inspiring our Nation's leaders to build a better Australia'. Chloe also curates IECL Ignites, our aspiring leaders program offered to 24 participants annually at no charge as a platform for development and networking.

Chloe has an innate curiosity in human behaviour and endeavour which fuels her passion for inspiring leaders to be their best. With the belief that all leaders have an immeasurable impact on those around them, Chloe enjoys partnering with clients to unlock the potential of individuals, teams and organisations in the leadership arena.


Chloe brings a systemic, future focused approach to working with clients to fully understand their current landscape and desired future state. Her strong relationships with IECL Subject Matter Experts, Coaches and Facilitators enables her to bring the full potential of the IECL to any client opportunity – bridging the gap and making ‘future state’ a living reality.

As Director of IECL Ignites, Chloe uses all of her strengths and passion areas in curating IECL’s Aspiring Leaders Program. Over the last six years IECL has created a robust leadership program offered to members of the Sydney community looking to grow themselves as influential and authentic leaders. The program brings all of what IECL does best together, offering 1:1 coaching with IECL Certified Coaches, face-to-face workshops facilitated by IECL Subject Matter Experts, an award-winning social learning platform and the opportunity to build a network of like-minded aspiring leaders.

Inside and outside of work Chloe is known for her love of food, with the philosophy that every meal is an opportunity of sensation, love and adventure – not to be taken for granted.
