Charity is skilled at building trusting relationships fast, and working clients them in a way that is respectful, warm and challenging.

Charity brings a myriad of theories and methodologies into the coaching environment so each relationship is tailored to the individual client organisation and coaching counterpart.

Business Background and Experience

Charity began her corporate career in the leadership, talent and culture space in financial institutions and has worked on the strategy and implementation of ANZ and NAB's executive coaching panels.

Charity has facilitated programs on leadership skills, coaching skills, ethical literacy, and 360 feedback to audiences from banking and finance, retail, and educational audiences.

Charity facilitates her counterparts to draw upon their own strengths and personal resources to create solutions and learnings that best work for them, their teams and their organisation.

This approach allows for the coaching counterpart to remain the expert in their own field, while Charity applies her expertise in coaching and feedback to highlight blindspots and biases, that once revealed, can "un-stick" clients from current limiting mindsets or behaviours.

Raising awareness to personal and professional blind spots can be uncomfortable, but is necessary for development. Charity works in a warm, often fun, authentic and challenging way to deliver stretch and growth. Comfortable to have difficult conversations, Charity supports her coaching counterparts to push past their current boundaries, and open up their own future possibilities for professional success and happiness.

Charity's background has provided her with a strong ethical imperative to ensure coaching is results focused and business oriented, as well as personally challenging and rewarding for the coaching counterpart.
