She has partnered with senior management teams across the Asia-Pacific to help executives develop an effective leadership style capable of steering companies through necessary change. Caroline's multicultural and corporate background adds value and diversity to her coaching practice.
Caroline grew up in China and moved to Australia in 2004 before returning to Shanghai in 2010. Over the course of her career she has coached across the Asia-Pacific, including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and China in the FMCG, telecommunications, IT and professional services industries. Caroline's management experience includes holding the position of China Director for a London headquartered multinational company and senior management roles within leading business education institutions.
Caroline's experience in leadership development includes executive talent acquisition, retention, executive assessment, coaching, mentoring and lecturing on leadership development to corporate clients at executive levels. Caroline partners with "C" level managers and executives to coach them through corporate transitions, mergers and acquisitions, expansion and even down-sizing. This partnership has greatly benefited those executives and their organizations due to improved leadership skills and confidence to cope with the corporate changes.
