Annett is passionate about her work as an Executive Coach and its various expressions. In the corporate arena she facilitates workshops on Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Executive Presence and Story Telling. As a Coach Supervisor she creates a safe space for coaches to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and their clients. As a Mentor Coach she advises and hones the skills of junior coaches. As a Financial Coach she works to empower women (men are also welcome) to feel safe and confident around personal financial matters. For many years Annett has engaged in her own personal growth and development work in the form of workshops, seminars and meditations.
Annett has 25 years client facing experience in international banking. She has over 10 years in leadership roles in financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, Standard Bank and Clariden Leu. As Head of Private Banking Asia for Standard Bank, Annett built and managed a Private Banking operation spanning Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Indonesia. Her success came through successfully acquiring, merging and managing virtual teams of Private Banking Marketing professionals across various cultures.
Annett's coaching philosophy is one of self-realisation of personal and professional potential through reflection. Her primary strength lies in her ability to create a safe atmosphere that allows her client to think and feel deeply, recognise their strength and thus become more authentic.
