As Head of Client Relationships and Sales, Alex leads a strong team of Client Development Partners and Project Managers, delivering excellence to our corporate and governments clients. Alex has 20 years of business experience in Australia, Asia and Europe and is a certified organisational coach.
Alex is driven by understanding people and the culture of the organisations in which they operate. She is passionate about making a difference to individuals, teams and organisations through organisational coaching and leadership development.
Alex builds strong relationships with her clients and uses a consultative approach, taking the time to identify their objectives and challenges, in order to devise the best possible contextualised solutions.
Alex has a strong financial services background and also leads IECL’s Banking and Finance Practice, working with IECL’s clients in banking, finance, insurance and professional services.
In her free time, Alex loves spending time with her family enjoying the outdoors, either at the beach, bushwalking or running. Alex also loves travel, food and wine!
Alex’s previous corporate experience includes working at GE Capital in the UK, AMP in Australia and Visa in Singapore in a variety of roles from marketing to project management to business development. Having always been fascinated by human behaviour Alex decided to retrain in coaching and set up her own business focusing on career and executive coaching prior to joining IECL.
