Rod became has been a full time Executive Coach for over 12 years and has worked with executives ranging from the C suite to senior divisional and functional managers in Banking, Finance, IT, Engineering, Education and State and Federal Government.

Business Background and Experience

 

Rod has a strong leadership background as a Commander in the Royal Australian Navy. He led teams to produce results under extreme circumstances, which has given him a deep understanding of human behaviour and achieving the best from the team as well as from himself. Rod also worked closely with global Defence engineering and service industries, which has given him a keen appreciation of the complexities and business metrics that face today's corporate leaders.
