Monica has over 18 years’ executive coaching experience working with senior executives predominantly in banking and finance, professional services and telecommunications sectors. She collaborates with clients increase individual self-awareness, communication and responsibility, improve the alignment of intellectual and emotional abilities, and unite the goals, aims, interests and values of the individual and the organisation. She specialises in coaching senior leaders to develop outstanding teams by increasing their engagement and performance. Monica supervises many of Australia’s top coaches bringing another layer of depth to her approach.

 

 

Business Background and Experience

Prior to her executive coaching career, Monica worked in executive search, recruitment, outplacement and HR management in financial services. As a result, she developed a deep understanding of different organisational cultures and systems and how these impact staff at every level. Monica has post-graduate qualifications in counselling and psychology. She managed her own private psychology practice for many years; her background and experience in this area have given her a thorough understanding of the drivers of human behaviour. Monica has a real passion for the financial services sector where she is a trusted coach for Australia’s top banks, having coached hundreds of leaders over a decade.

Monica uses a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. She combines this with evidence-based research and practices from the fields of appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and mindfulness.
