Danny's Organisational Leadership Coaching and Consulting practice draws on his more than 25 years of extensive MNC experience in Strategic HR, Organisation Learning and Development, People and Change Strategy before embarking on Leadership and Talent consulting.
As an Organisation and Leadership Coach, he works with senior executives who are Regional, Country Leaders including MDs, GMs, Enterprise and Functional Leaders.
Additionally, he facilitates team learning and development through team (and peer) coaching.
Danny's professional career in HR and Leadership Development had taken him across several diverse MNC sectors, including investment banking and financial services, specialty chemicals, logistics, technology, and consulting.
Prior to current coaching and consulting practice, Danny was Director of Client Solutions for Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, and was Director of Client Solutions and Executive Consultant at PDI Ninth House.
Prior to consulting, he was Asia-Pacific Head of Human Resources for a global specialty chemical group, and had held similar senior leadership roles (including global task force) in financial services, technology and logistics sector.
He is committed to helping leaders, teams and organisations navigate through the complexity and ambiguity of today's borderless highly-connected environment, so that people can be motivated and supported to reach their full potential.
