Charlie has a strong corporate background having held leadership positions in the areas of business development, sales, marketing, strategy and innovation in consumer goods, pharmaceutical and professional services firms. This direct experience gives him a clear understanding of the commercial, strategic and political realities faced by his clients.


Charlie has been both an internal and an external coach  with experience coaching senior leaders across a broad range of industries, with a focus on Financial and Professional Services, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Mining and Resources and FMCG. Charlie is committed to his own development as a coach both through learning and supervision.


Charlie is also an accomplished facilitator and presenter with significant expertise in building coaching and leadership capability. He has facilitated hundreds of workshops in key business skills, strategic planning and thinking, development of vision and purpose, change and performance improvement.
