Barbara became an Executive Coach in 1997 and has worked with leaders across various industries within the private and public sectors. Barbara also a master facilitator and change agent, bringing new levels of effectiveness to individuals and groups.


Business Background and Experience


Barbara is a business entrepreneur and has a business career that includes seven years spent as the proprietor of a furniture manufacturing business. Her business acumen benefits leaders dealing with issues related to company and leadership strategy, people development, organisational performance, engagement and growth.

Barbara has worked with leaders in multinational organisations, Australia's largest corporations, and Government organisations on transformational leadership programs. These programs have delivered strong business outcomes in Australia and Asia.

Barbara is also a qualified psychotherapist. This qualification and background means Barbara offers a unique opportunity to clients embarking on leadership development.




Barbara has a strong and passionate belief in leadership. She has found that "leaders want to be great" and respond enthusiastically to a supportive and challenging coaching environment.
