Paul has been professionally coaching since 2009 and been in the people and leadership space for over 20 years. During this time Paul has coached 100’s of staff and coaching counterparts from c-suite and business leaders to middle managers. Paul’s coaching experience includes banking and finance, government, engineering, industrial, technology, professional services and education.
Since joining us in 2011, Chloe has enjoyed various roles across the business including Senior Project Coordinator, Public Programs, Director of Ignites and Government Practice Lead. Chloe utilises her knowledge and connections in her current role as Associate Resourcing Manager – enhancing our Associate connections across APAC.

Jen is the Project Manager to IECL’s Government Practice. She understands the complexity and challenges that working in government poses, but is confident in the opportunity it also presents in growing and equipping those who lead our public service. She provides highly efficient service and management of large-scale projects and is committed to partnering with her clients to support their goals to better their people and workplaces.
Katie joined IECL in September 2016. Due to her extensive project management experience, Katie now works on several of IECL’s large-scale complex projects. As Operations Team Leader, she oversees the Project Management Team, EA and Finance Coordinator.
As Project Manager, Carmen is known for her efficiency and commitment to delivering results. She currently works on end-to-end project management for IECL clients across a range of industries.
As Head of Client Relationships and Sales, Alex leads a strong team of Client Development Partners and Project Managers, delivering excellence to our corporate and governments clients. Alex has 20 years of business experience in Australia, Asia and Europe and is a certified organisational coach.
Ellen believes that every individual, team and organisation can achieve their full potential, and we empower them to do so. She leads IECL’s Government Practice, partnering with Federal, State and Local Government bodies to develop leadership capability in the public sector.
Jarunee joined IECL in July 2017 as a Client Development Partner for the Government Practice to enhance leadership capability in the public sector and work towards building a better Australia.
Tessa joined IECL as a graduate in November 2016. With a background in finance and accounting, Tessa supports the Client Relationship Team in managing the finances of IECL’s corporate programs.
