Duration
This course includes an intensive three-day live workshop, supported by post-work online (done at your own pace within a set period). That work is made up of asynchronous readings, videos, an online learning journal, post workshop practice groups, and a reflective essay. The entire course runs over a six-week period and requires a total commitment of 44 hours (21 in the live workshop, and 23 in the pre-and-post workshop period; allow one or two hours in the days before the workshop and around four to five hours per week in the four weeks afterwards, in your own time).
