IECL is a specialist provider of organisational coach education. Organisational coaching is different to life, business and other forms of coaching and if you choose to specialise in this area, it's important to participate in coach education that specifically addresses the complex organisational context. IECL have built a reputation as experts in the organisational coaching space since 1999. We train our competitors and the industry as a whole, and set the standard for global excellence in organisational coaching.
World Class Coaching Education
IECL’s coach education program is taught by organisational coaches who also happen to be excellent facilitators of adult learning. When they are not training, they are employed as coaches, working in organisations, so you will learn about real organisational coaching from their experience, not just theories from books. Our lead faculty are highly experienced organisational coaches and have thousands of hours of one-on-one organisational coaching experience. All our faculty are credentialed coaches with the ICF, and the lead faculty member on each course has a minimum PCC credential. Supporting faculty are ACC credentialed (as a minimum) and are PCC candidates (building their 500 hours of coaching practice). They know what works, and what doesn’t from their many years of coaching experience.
Based on Solid Foundations
The IECL coach education program is grounded in clear frameworks and theories and is very experiential; about 65% of Organisational Coaching Certification Levels 1 and 2 is comprised of coaching practice, so you leave the workshop feeling competent and confident to start coaching right away. The IECL coach education program is an International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach Training Program (ICF Levels 1 and 2), so your IECL qualifications are recognised internationally.
Flexible Global Learning Options
IECL's program is a blended learning program, meaning that you can complete some sections of the program in your own time online (anytime, anywhere). Only the three workshop days (of Level 1 and 2 Certification) require synchronous attendance, either online via Zoom in a time zone to suit you, or at one of our face-to-face training locations in selected cities.
IECL Supports Your Ongoing Development
IECL offers a strong Membership community of practice to support your ongoing development as a coach (including business development), post nominals (the letters after your name that connote your status as a coach in the Member community), coaching practice rounds with reflective practice built in, and coaching demonstrations by master coaches. We also support you in launching and growing your coaching business, gaining CCEUs (for ICF renewals) and building your network through this global community of organisational coaches and leaders. After completing Level 1 Certification, you will also join our free Alumni program, giving you access to regular free events to develop your coaching knowledge and practice.
