COACHING EXPERIENCE

With over 10 years of coaching experience, Michelle began coaching leaders in her role as an internal coach/program manager at ING (financial institution) and has continued to make an impression in the industry as an independent coach. Most of her clients are leaders from Global 500 companies, from diverse industries, backgrounds, and nationalities, based in Asia, Europe, and the US.

Michelle is passionate about helping leaders to discover their strengths and talents so that they can achieve their individual, team, and organisational goals. Her experience of having worked and lived in both Europe and Asia helps Michelle appreciate many cultures. She can combine the perspectives of differing cultures, as well as be the “bridge” between east and west. Michelle’s style is calm, challenging, intuitive, and she isn’t afraid to ask thought-provoking questions.
