IECL provides Level 2 or Level 3 trained coaches to coach at no or low cost into organisations that need coaching but don’t have the budget for coaching. We have previously worked with Mothers Choice (China) and Mothers Heart (Cambodia), Youth Off The Streets, The Smith Family, and the Ted Noffs Foundation. Currently our Alumni are providing low cost coaching to a group of young leaders of FinTech start-ups, where finances are not available for coaching, but coaches are sorely needed.
In 2019 we are looking to expanding our pro-bono coaching efforts with IECL Coaching Alumnus (Level 2 or 3). Watch this space.
Ignites is an IECL pro-bono program for aspiring leaders. We strive to develop essential leadership skills, and drive change on both a personal and organisational level.
Our objective is to give back to our community, by developing the next generation of exceptional leaders. By learning from the past, and being involved in the trends of this generation, we encourage individuals to make a difference in their leadership path. With IECL’s 20 years of experience, we understand what is needed to empower people to grow in right direction.
We’re all aware of how important diversity is in our workplaces, and our world in general. (In fact, it’s recently been proven that the most high performing teams are diverse teams*) Historically, the world was “run by” men, with women in the more supportive roles, and some of that ancient history still carries over into our workplaces. Women’s ability to bear children has also meant that more women take career breaks and take on more of the caring responsibilities at home. All of these factors have contributed to women’s ongoing under-representation in leadership positions.
In 2019, the Foundation will create a space for women to empower each other. Through networking, coaching, mentoring and occasional workshops, we hope to contribute to the ongoing quest for true equality between the sexes. More to come.
*Inclusive teams make better business decisions up to 87% of the time (Forbes, 2017)
In each of our 12 training locations, IECL Alumni are proud to support a number of very worthy causes, events and campaigns, including Mothers Choice (China) and Mothers Heart (Cambodia), Youth Off The Streets, The Smith Family, and the Ted Noffs Foundation. We look forward to expanding our support in 2019.
Senior IECL Alumni will be available from 2019 to talk to you about your coaching practice, future development as a coach, and provide guidance, advice and/or mentoring on what development or training or marketing would be beneficial to you.
