Joining a peer coaching program provides the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with other professionals. Through structured practice sessions, you can refine your approach, learn new techniques, and receive feedback from experienced coaches to gain new perspectives.
IECL Membership Peer Coaching Programs run every month to offer plenty of opportunity to practice your coaching in a safe space. Upon registration, you are paired with a coach at a similar level of training to conduct 3 sessions as coach and 3 as counterpart in the given timeframe. IECL offers observation forms to guide your feedback and we encourage all coaches to highlight a specific area of development to focus and receive feedback on. All sessions are scheduled at a time which suits both you and your peer.
You are also invited to join the 60 minute, peer led reflective learning sessions, held each month to consolidate your learning and learn from peers. These sessions are designed to provide a supportive and challenging environment for coaches to learn and grow. You'll have access to a community of coaches from a variety of backgrounds and specialties, and the opportunity to share your experiences and insights.
