Scentia Acquires Open Door Coaching to Expand Leadership Development Capabilities

Scentia, is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement to acquire Open Door Coaching, a respected leader in executive coaching and leadership development. The acquisition is expected to be completed by Scentia’s Australian Institute of Management (AIM) by 20th August 2025.

This strategic move strengthens Scentia’s commitment to coaching excellence and expands its ability to deliver high-impact leadership programs across Australasia. Open Door Coaching will be progressively integrated into the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), Scentia’s coaching arm, ensuring continuity of service and enhanced offerings for clients.
