Join Lincoln Barrett as he partners with his counterpart for a live demonstration and debrief. We will observe the development of the coaching relationship and learn practical tips and strategies for becoming a more effective coach, including how to ask powerful questions, build rapport, and create a supportive coaching environment.

Attending a live coaching demonstration and debrief with an experienced coach provides numerous benefits for individuals looking to improve their skills and abilities. ICF CCEU
Continuous Coach Education Units (CCEU) are required by ICF Members for ICF renewal. IECL Membership offers 12 CCEUs each year in the category of core competency through our live coaching demonstrations and debriefs. To apply for your certificate you must attend the full session and inform the IECL Team that you require (or might require in the future) a certificate whilst in the live session. This is to ensure we have captured your attendance. You will be reminded of this during each session. You can then email membership@iecl.com to request a certificate from each session.
