Jane is a Master Certified Coach (MCC with ICF) and leads the Coaching and Coach Accreditation practices for IECL by GrowthOps. Her focus is on increasing the ability of Executives and Internal Corporate Coaches to deal with the complexity.
Jane has over 4,500 hours coaching experience plus thousands of hours of facilitation, working across the Asia Pacific region both in person and virtually. Her focus is on increasing the ability of Executives and Internal Coaches to deal with the complexities of modern global corporate life.
Jane’s formative leadership years were in commercial roles in the publishing industry both the UK and The Netherlands. On moving to Australia her career developed with a focus on training and leadership development in the corporate space. In 2006 Jane began her own coaching practice which she ran for 10 years. In 2016 she joined IECL and is now Head of Coaching and Coach Accreditation for IECL by GrowthOps.
In support of industry development Jane has held roles on the ICF leadership team in credentialing and professional standards. She has also been involved in mentoring, supervising and teaching coaches for a number of national providers. Jane’s coaching experience spans Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Mongolia, Vietnam, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Germany.
Industry experience includes Banking - Retail and Investment, Professional Services, Mining & Resource, Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Fin Services, Legal, Insurance, Media & Publishing, Aviation, Police, Transport, Education, Utilities, Logistics and Not for Profit.
Jane’s coaching approach is based in systems thinking which means working together across both the internal and external dynamics at play. This means we will look at the impact of external events and people on your ability to achieve; how these factors impact how you behave and relate; and how you manage yourself as a result.
As an outcome we aim to enable you to influence what is happening around you with more impact as well as achieve your desired organisational coaching objectives.
Jane takes a coaching approach to facilitation. This means while working with the relevant content she listens to surface the issues within the group that will provide opportunity for expansion and growth. Teams and groups are challenged in a supportive manner to experiment with moving beyond current paradigms to achieve more than they currently believe they are capable of.
