Who is IECL Membership for?
IECL Members are leaders and coaches from across the globe operating in the organisational context. Some are new to coaching and setting up their coaching practice and some are established coaches who have built thriving businesses from their IECL training. Many of our members are internal coaches, leaders taking a coaching approach in their leadership and HR and L&D professionals. It is not a requirement to be a certified coach to join IECL membership.
Live Coaching Demonstrations
Observe experienced coaches from IECL’s Faculty, our global Associate network and special guests in action during our monthly live coaching demonstrations. As an observer you have the opportunity to watch and reflect on how they coach, learning new techniques and breakthrough questions. Plus earn 1 CCEU per session.
Business Development Workshops

Member events are available to current financial IECL Members only. Current Members receive regular communications about upcoming events and can view an event calendar with registration links via the Membership homepage on IECL Academy.
