Mandy is the IECL’s General Manager, Education and has been a key member of our team since 2002. She manages IECL coach trainings and our Alumni program of continuous professional development throughout the APAC region.

Ellen has over 11 years of consultative sales experience in addition to a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. As a Client Development Partner, Ellen consults with many of IECL’s clients including banking and finance, insurance, and professional services.
