The Diploma of Leadership Coaching (11315NAT) attracts the “champions” from the workplaces who are passionate about coaching, are great coaches themselves and are aspiring to lead cultural change in their workplace. This program focuses on the frameworks to coach senior executives and lead with advanced coaching models, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and innovation.
The Diploma is based on a combination of best practice frameworks, case studies and learning from the experience of the group and the program is accredited by the International Coach Federation.

The Diploma of Leadership Coaching is an ICF Level 2 Accredited Progarm and includes the coach education, mentoring and assessment components required to support progression towards ICF PCC credentialing. Graduates who wish to pursue an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential will need to undertake the IECL PCC Applicant Support Pathway (MPE). This pathway provides additional mentor coaching, performance evaluation an the one-to-one mentoring required by the IECL to obtain sign-off for your PCC credential submission (Additional fees apply).

AIM is the issuing Registered Training Organisation and is responsible for your training and assessment. On successful completion, AIM will issue your Certificate and/or Statement of Attainment.

For the Diploma of Leadership Coaching (11315NAT), you are required to complete six (6) coaching demonstrations, using a variety of coaching models and tools from the program.
You must complete and pass all six demonstrations as part of your assessment.
If you are completing a face-to-face program or in-house program, providing you complete all face-to-face days and coaching practices and have been observed by the course facilitator, you will only need to submit TWO coaching demonstrations at the end of your course work.
You will be given feedback by your course facilitator or online assessor for all demonstrations.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Recognition of skills and knowledge gained through previous studies, work,
