Overview

 

Trevor is an experienced facilitator and ICF qualified executive coach, who draws upon business acumen developed during a successful 30 year career in financial services. Trevor has held a number of front-line business development and C-corridor management positions with multi-nationals in Hong Kong and has extensive cross cultural experience developed in the UK and while leading high performing teams in Asia.

 

This C-corridor experience and front line know-how gives him great credibility when facilitating at all organisational levels. He is able to apply this practical business knowledge as a highly effective trainer.

 

Business Background and Experience

 

Until November 2013 Trevor was a member of the Executive Management Team of Standard Life (Asia) a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Life plc, one of the UK's most respected investment groups and FTSE 100 company. This C-corridor experience and front line know-how gives him great credibility when working with leaders, sales executives and managers at all levels. He is able to apply this practical business knowledge as a highly effective executive coach.

 

His role as Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) included day to day involvement in running the operation, strategic sales direction, delivering results, product design, key account development and relationship management.  

 

He lead a multi-cultural team operating within the North Asia Region that achieved the #1 market ranking in its" field by business volume (Source: OCI statistics HY2 2013), therefore he brings to his coaching extensive intercultural corporate experience and international business know-how. His roles with multi-national organisations have enabled him to experience first-hand how companies and individuals strive for results and adapt to change.

 

Trevor coaches CEO's, senior executives, managers, teams and emerging talent in a wide range of industries. As well as financial services, Trevor has worked with business owners, senior leaders and partners from business sectors, including banking, legal, asset management, retail, IT, marketing, shipping, media, accountancy and property development.
