Background and Career History

Lisa has successfully managed a range of commercial and community enterprises in various roles of Business Development Manager, Employment Services/Training Manager, Event/Project Manager and Corporate Trainer.

 

The decision to move to IECL was inspired by her most recent role with a major national corporate health and wellness campaign. Working closely with global and national HR managers, Lisa identified a clear need for higher level, systemic interventions to create genuine, lasting change. Lisa was immediately inspired by IECL and its world class offering of executive coaching and highly customised leadership development programs. 

 

Lisa is skilled at bringing people together to identify shared goals and driving collaboration to achieve meaningful outcomes. Her contribution in project managing, documenting and promoting a recent, innovative community-environmental project led to a national ‘Innovation in Waste’ award.  

 

Lisa has worked with global and national organisations across education and health, engineering, government, finance, employment and not for profit sectors in both Australia and the UK. Her passion lies in the motivation and transformation of individuals, organisations, and society to face the challenges of an ever-evolving world.
