Kathy Jiang has over 15 years working experience in different HR functions in various multinational companies spanning different industries. Her employment experience includes Abbott Laboratories. General Electric ,Dell Inc and Disney. She had several years of senior HRBP / HR Head positions, assisting the businesses to grow and excel whilst winning the war for talent within the China marketplace.   This exposure enables Kathy to be highly effective  in organization diagnosis and development, She works with clients to understand their future business goals and develop performance support solutions for them.

She delivers leadership development  programs, hipotential programs and developing high performance teams.
