Grace is an experienced coach to senior executives and leadership teams in Australia, Asia and globally, across industries from global professional and financial services to start-ups and construction. She draws on her international leadership experience, a strong background in leadership development, as well as over 2,500 hours of executive coaching.

With significant experience in AsiaPac executive leadership roles with a global professional services firm, Grace understands the complexity leaders face in balancing short and long term outcomes; between corporate and local needs. Focused on simple, practical strategies that deliver tangible outcomes, she designed and delivered many iconic leadership programs.


The success of her coaching and consulting practice builds on both her significant internal coaching experience with senior business leaders, supervision of internal coach teams, and a highly reputable external coaching portfolio.


Grace considers herself a global citizen, born of Chinese heritage, grew up in Malaysia, living in Australia, and working and connecting globally - a rich tapestry enhancing her brand and effectiveness cross culturally.
