Gaynor is an Executive Coach and Business Consultant. She has worked with corporate clients and executives in Australia, Japan, Singapore, the UK and the USA.

Gaynor has a range of clients from businesses including oil and Gas; Banking; Real Estate; Logistics; architectural and retail.

 

Business Background and Experience

 

Gaynor has an extensive background in business, both in investment banking and the oil and gas industry.

 

As a previous Head of Human Resources (South East Asia) for an investment bank, Gaynor understands the challenges that employees face when trying to take their performance to the next level. 

 

Additionally, Gaynor spent 15 years in the international oil and gas industry, principally in the commercial arena as a commercial manager, negotiator, marketer and strategist, and therefore understands the complexities around achieving business targets and outcomes.

 

Gaynor also has extensive experience with employee relations issues where mediation is required to achieve business outcomes.

 

The global footprint of Gaynor’s business career enables her to be skilled in cultural differences that may impact performance.

 

Approach

 

Gaynor has an approach that helps the counterpart first understand their own behavioural and leadership style, and then how they can adapt that in an authentic way to sustainably achieve the business and performance outcomes desired. The next stage is challenging the counterpart to appreciate the resulting impact on others and supporting them to best utilise their adapted style to build cohesive and high-performance teams.
