which has helped in my ability to manage the expectations of my organisation, my manager and my team, and also in setting development plans around specific goals and targets.
as it was informal, friendly, and involved a variety of presentations on leadership topics that helped me think differently outside of my industry.
given that when I joined the program, I had just been promoted to a leadership role, this was a huge benefit and opportunity that took me out of my comfort zone (which I needed to be!) I learnt how to better manage and present, but most importantly, I understood better the type of leader I wanted to be.
