Business Background and Experience

 

Des brings a wealth of experience from his 35 year career. The first 20 in corporate roles in both Australia and the UK, including ten years at Director Level, and over the last 15 years Des has worked with senior Executive Teams aligning leadership, culture and business strategy.

Des is highly effective at customising best practice in team, organisational and leadership development methods to then deliver engagements that meet client's prioritised needs and agreed outcomes. With a number of clients, Des has successfully raised the senior teams" awareness of the constructive and counter-productive individual and collective behavior patterns that take place in the team dynamic.

Des successfully works at Director and General Management levels with a wide range of clients across the banking and finance sector as well as media, technology and retail industries.
