Fast track your way to becoming an ICF ACC Credentialed Coach

Why should you become credentialed?

With an ICF Credential, coaches demonstrate not only knowledge and skill, but also a commitment to high professional standards and a strong code of ethics. While coaching is a self-regulating industry, we believe that obtaining ICF credentials provides accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole.

The Training

IECL teaches the most highly-regarded organisational coach training programs in the Asia-Pacific region, and we now offer a complete “Associate Certified Coach (ACC)” package of mentor coaching sessions to enable you to develop your knowledge and skill as coach, in line with our commitment to high professional standards and a strong code of ethics for coaches. An ACSTH ACC package of coaching sessions is available on completion of Level Two to ensure you have all the training and the mentor coaching hours required to apply for ACC accreditation.

If you prefer, you can attain these mentor coaching hours as part of IECL’s Level Three coach training course. This package of mentor coaching hours is designed for those who prefer to apply for ACC prior to Level Three.

*Please note ICF requires completion of specified number of coaching hours plus a Coach Knowledge Assessment as part of this process. For further details please see www.coachfederation.org

The Mentor Coaching

On completion of Levels One and Two training programs, you will have accumulated 79 hours of coach training and 4 hours of group mentoring. IECL’s ACC Fast Track package will provide you with the remaining mentoring hours needed to enable you to apply for your ACC credential*. All you need to apply for the ACC credential is your 100 coaching hours (IECL provides you with a log to record your hours from Level One onward) and six hours of mentor coaching, which is included in the ACC Fast Track package.
