With an ICF Credential, coaches demonstrate not only knowledge and skill, but also a commitment to high professional standards and a strong code of ethics. While coaching is a self-regulating industry, we believe that obtaining ICF credentials provides accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole.
IECL teaches the most highly-regarded organisational coach training programs in the Asia-Pacific region, and we now offer a complete “Associate Certified Coach (ACC)” add on module to demonstrate your knowledge and skill as coach, but also a commitment to high professional standards and a strong code of ethics. An ACSTH ACC add on module is available on completion of Level Two to ensure you have all the training and mentor coaching hours required to apply for ACC accreditation.
If you prefer, you can attain the mentor coaching hours as part of IECL’s Level Three coach training course. This add on module is designed for those who prefer to apply for ACC prior to Level Three.
*Please note ICF requires completion of specified number of coaching hours plus a Coach Knowledge Assessment as part of this process. For further details please see www.coachfederation.org
On completion of Levels One and Two training programs, you will have accumulated 79 hours of coach training and 4 hours of group mentoring. IECL’s ACC add on module will provide you with the remaining mentoring hours needed to enable you to apply for your ACC credential*. All you need to apply for the ACC credential is your 100 coaching hours (IECL provides you with a log to record your hours from Level One onward) and 6 hours of mentor coaching, which is included in the ACC add on module.
On completion of Level Two and the ACC Add On Module, you will be eligible to apply for ACC with ICF, assuming you have completed sufficient coaching practice. Click here for further information on ACC credentialing with ICF.
This module is run virtually using Zoom Video Conferencing.

Group mentoring sessions will be virtual (using Zoom Video Conferencing) and will be scheduled when a minimum of two and maximum of six people are registered. The three group mentoring sessions will be held at agreed times/dates and in the interim, you can start your one-on-one mentor coaching sessions.
Note: All mentor coaching will commence after the completion of Level Two.
